Renaissance products are designed with a flexible footprint, thoughtfully engineered for easy, direct replacement of most other manufacturer's products without a roofcurb adapter. These units also boast industry-leading serviceability features through the standard ServiceSmart package as well as a new advanced unitary controller that arrives with factory pre-configured control sequences to reduce set-up and commissioning time and is BACnet® MS/TP and IP native for seamless integration with building automation systems (BAS). Higher efficiency performance is delivered through innovative technologies such as the backward-curve direct-drive indoor blower, full MicroChannel coils, and tandem compressors with multiple stages of operation. Units exceed ASHRAE 90.1 energy efficiency levels and deliver powerful cooling operation up to 125°F.
